KANONENFIEBER, speaking about the back story of their new album, "Die Urkatastrophe": "The First World War accelerated the path to modernity and is considered the "Die Urkatastrophe" (= "primal catastrophe") of the 20th century, which was characterized by wars, violence and displacement.
